We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure maximum profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new market opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and close new sales opportunities
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Technical sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in account management is beneficial
