A sales representative plays a vital role in driving a company's growth and maintaining its customer relationships.
**Job Title: Sales Representative**
Summary:Looking for a responsible individual who will promote and sell products to potential and existing customers in the Greater Vancouver Area. This role involves; meeting sales targets, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions to improve processes to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Prospects: Research and identify new sales prospects, generating leads through various methods such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of the company's products or services.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and the client.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to optimize sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- **Report and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance to management.**:
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints quickly and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the industry relevant to the company, is beneficial.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and work as part of a team.
- Proficiency**:Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.** Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technologies.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently under mínimal supervision.
Work Environment:
- Variety of environments including corporate offices, traveling for client meetings, and attending trade shows or events.
Compensation and Benefits:
- **Salary $18/hour cad**:

Pay: Up to $37,440.00 per year
