We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, helping customers find what they need, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help customers locate products, answer questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Execute cash handling to standards, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Engage customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and complete enrollments as needed.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
  • Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting a positive image and serving as a role model for other Team Members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching. Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment may be required. The work environment is a public retail store setting, with all public areas being climate controlled. Some stock rooms may not be climate controlled, and some outdoor work may be assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks. The Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press, and work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
