Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by assisting customers with their queries, resolving issues promptly, and providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Ensure a clean and safe store environment by maintaining the pharmacy area, rotating stock, and checking for expired products.
  • Support the Pharmacy Department by performing tasks delegated by the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager, including ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
  • Contribute to sales growth by maximizing department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills to handle cash and operate a cash register.
