Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team at Kimchi Korean Delight. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Supervise and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our business model and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Foster a culture of customer satisfaction, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Financial Management: Analyze sales and expenses, manage inventory, and control food costs to ensure profitability and growth.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth, increase brand awareness, and promote our unique dining experience.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results. Proficiency in financial management, marketing, and customer service.
