Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to fill the role of Restaurant Operations Manager and Front of House Staff at our Indian Restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front of house operations, including supervising staff, managing customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our restaurant's operations and service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
