About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Alirang Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with our goals.
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve our objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset.
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
