Business Development Executive

Drive Growth as a Business Development Professional in Quebec
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Quebec. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business clients within the telecommunications sector, focusing on both wireless and wired services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue targets within your designated territory.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through strategic networking and market research.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial engagement to contract closure.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales support, engineering, and customer service, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage administrative tasks related to the sales cycle.
What We Look For:
- A minimum of three years of proven success in B2B sales acquisition within the telecommunications industry or a related field.
- Exceptional prospecting skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research and networking.
- A strong customer-centric approach, focused on building lasting relationships and understanding client needs.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present solutions and negotiate agreements.
- Bilingualism is essential for this role, as you will be interacting with English and French-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
