Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at HR Immigration Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support our team's work.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
