Executive Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Coordinator to join our team at the Enormous Leadership Development Corporation. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of events, meetings, and daily operations.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a high level of organizational ability.
The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other staff members
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings and events
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data and statistics
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies
- Arrange travel and make reservations
- Type and proofread correspondence and documents
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Client-focused and reliable
