Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events; open and distribute mail and other materials; record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences; answer telephone calls and relay messages; answer electronic enquiries; compile data, statistics, and other information; order office supplies and maintain inventory; arrange travel and related itineraries; provide customer service; perform basic bookkeeping tasks; conduct performance reviews; supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail; ability to multitask; team player; accurate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months; permanent position; 30 hours per week; English language; The Health and Beauty Distributor Inc.
