Duliban Insurance is seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to support our dynamic HR team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including recruitment, health and safety, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Support the development and maintenance of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the training and development team to deliver onboarding programs and HR training.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Manage personnel records and maintain accurate and comprehensive data.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve employee retention.
  • Support the administration of benefits and wellness programs.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or Human Resources.
  • CHRP/CHRL certification or working towards obtaining license.
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of employment standards and applicable legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
