Job Title: Human Resources and Organizational Development Vice-President
Location: Government of Canada - Central
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources and Organizational Development Vice-President to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and organizational development, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate Resources: Effectively allocate human and financial resources to meet the needs of the organization.
- Coordinate Work: Coordinate work activities and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Establish Controls: Establish controls to ensure that the organization is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Represent Organization: Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
- Select Staff: Select and train staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Supervise Employees: Supervise a team of 11-15 employees and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in human resources and organizational development.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Windows.
