Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team at the Welland Campus. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this role will provide a full range of human resources consulting, advising and operational services to support the college's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance on human resources matters to college staff and management
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes for college positions
- Provide training and development programs for college staff
- Monitor and analyze human resources metrics and data
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources consulting or management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
