Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our IT systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Document and maintain service desk procedures and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the IT industry

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented IT environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of ticketing management systems and ITIL philosophy
  • Proficient in MS Office and Windows 10 desktop operating systems
