  • Scheduling and Coordination

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with all stakeholders.

Communication and Customer Service

Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and colleagues.

Administrative Support

Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.

Office Management

Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the efficient operation of our office facilities.

Travel Arrangements

Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel experiences for our team members.

Front Desk Reception

Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company and services.

Information Management

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient access to information.

Data Entry and Reporting

Perform data entry tasks, and generate reports as required to support business operations.

Operational Planning

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources.

Work Environment
