We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Signature Service Inc. as an Administrative Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Communication
    • Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
    • Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, record-keeping, and special projects.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 30-40 hours per week.
