Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Client Care Specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, quality service experiences that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assess customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Use various systems to gather information and resolve customer issues.
  • Update customer records and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Deliver quality service that meets our productivity and quality objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance industry.
  • Oral and written bilingualism is required.
  • Exceptional active listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple computer applications and learn new ones.
  • Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and autonomous.
  • Demonstrates interest for continuous learning.
