Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, account balances, refunds, certificates, and product information.
  • Assess customer needs and address each request in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Use our systems to gather information and resolve each situation, ensuring First Contact Resolution.
  • Update certificate details and follow up as required.
  • Deliver consistent, quality service to our clients, meeting our productivity and quality objectives.
  • Raise and vet ideas to promote continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services and attend relevant development courses.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, banking, or insurance industry.
  • Oral and written bilingualism is required.
  • Exceptional active listening and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain decisions and practices clearly and accurately.
  • Ability to work with multiple computer applications and learn new ones.
  • Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrives in a team environment and is proactive and autonomous.
  • Demonstrates interest in continuous learning and adaptability.
