- Update certificate details and follow up as required.
- Deliver consistent, quality service to our clients, meeting our productivity and quality objectives.
- Raise and vet ideas to promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services and attend relevant development courses.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- 1 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, banking, or insurance industry.
- Oral and written bilingualism is required.
- Exceptional active listening and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain decisions and practices clearly and accurately.
- Ability to work with multiple computer applications and learn new ones.
- Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Thrives in a team environment and is proactive and autonomous.
- Demonstrates interest in continuous learning and adaptability.
