Bilingual Affinity Client Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Affinity Client Care Representative to provide exceptional customer service experience for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for delivering consistent, quality service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assess customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Use various systems to gather information and resolve customer issues.
- Update customer records and follow up with customers as needed.
- Deliver consistent, quality service to our clients, meeting productivity and quality objectives.
- Raise and vet ideas to promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- 1 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, banking, or insurance industry.
- Oral and written bilingualism is required.
- Exceptional active listening and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain decisions and practices clearly and accurately.
- Ability to work with multiple computer applications and learn new ones.
- Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Thrives and promotes teamwork.
- Proactive and autonomous.
- Demonstrates interest in continuous learning.
