At Forward Insurance Managers Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also establish and implement policies and procedures, plan and develop recruitment strategies, and schedule appointments. Additionally, they will answer telephone calls and relay messages, compile data and statistics, and maintain digital databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively. They will also be a team player and have excellent customer service skills. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 hours per week.
