Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at BC LTD Prime Rentals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for senior management and other stakeholders
  • Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to the relevant personnel
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts and minimize waste
  • Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents
  • Type, proofread, and distribute correspondence, forms, and other documents as needed
  • Perform data entry tasks to update records and databases in a timely manner
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
