We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at BC LTD Prime Rentals.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient daily operations
- Schedule and confirm appointments for senior management and other stakeholders
- Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to the relevant personnel
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts and minimize waste
- Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents
- Type, proofread, and distribute correspondence, forms, and other documents as needed
- Perform data entry tasks to update records and databases in a timely manner
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- A competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location
