Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and serve high-quality meals and snacks.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our resort's culinary expertise and cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with our events team to create customized menus for weddings, conferences, and other events.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen supplies to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
