About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our Boston Pizza team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, including inventory management, food preparation, and staff supervision.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food served meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and training to our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our customers, ensuring that their dining experience is exceptional.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
