Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Plan and execute menus that meet our quality standards and exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to operate efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Dependability, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
