About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality dishes and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards and that our kitchen is clean and safe.
  • Team Management: Foster a positive and productive team environment by providing guidance, support, and feedback to our kitchen staff.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Culinary Education: A degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our kitchen staff, management, and guests.
