About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Basha Laplaine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Inventory Management

Oversee the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our service standards.

Customer Service

Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their dietary needs and preferences are met.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 5 years or more of experience in a similar role is essential.

Skills and Abilities

You must have excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Work Environment

You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
