Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
Inventory ManagementOversee the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
Team LeadershipLead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our service standards.
Customer ServiceEnsure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their dietary needs and preferences are met.
Requirements- Education and Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Culinary SkillsProven ability to prepare a wide range of dishes, including Lebanese and gluten-free options.
Leadership and Communication SkillsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
Attention to DetailHigh level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Working Conditions- Work Environment
Fast-paced kitchen environment, with a high level of activity and pressure during peak periods.
Physical DemandsStanding for extended periods, with frequent lifting and carrying of heavy objects.
