Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Basha Laplaine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their dietary needs are met.
- Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong understanding of culinary principles and practices is essential.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role is required.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Certifications: Food safety certifications and any other relevant certifications are an asset.
