Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Program Support Assistant to join our team at the Robert & Lily Lee Family Community Health Centre in Vancouver, BC. As a key member of our East Van Youth Clinic Team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinics and services.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, word processing, and correspondence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals and teams
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Compose and sign correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Answer general inquiries and provide information to clients and staff
  • Assist with booking appointments and meetings
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent, with completion of an Office Administration program
  • One year of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training
  • Valid B.C. Driver's license and local area travel may be required
  • Knowledge of office practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
