Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate client care
  • Manage chronic and communicable disease tracking and treatment
  • Document client medical histories, care plans, and treatment outcomes
  • Administer medications and treatments, including vaccinations and injections
  • Educate clients on healthcare needs, treatment options, and self-care techniques
  • Develop individualized care plans, including wound care and medication administration
Requirements
  • BScN graduate from a recognized nursing program
  • Active practicing registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 and CPR C certification
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
