Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Office Assistant in primary healthcare, with proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Teams. Key responsibilities will include:

  • C coordination with healthcare providers to gather additional details, clarify referral information, and ensure timely processing of referrals;
  • R triage of urgent requests while maintaining professionalism and compassion in every interaction;

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide seamless care coordination and ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A completion of a Medical Office Assistant program from an accredited institution;
  • A minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Office Assistant in primary healthcare;
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Teams;

Possession of Medical Office Assistant Certification is preferred but not required.
