Salary: $40 per hour

The successful candidate will work on a part-time basis, contributing to seamless care coordination for our valued clients. Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Assistant who can effectively communicate with healthcare providers to gather additional details, clarify referral information, and facilitate timely processing of referrals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding promptly to client and team communications, maintaining professionalism and compassion in every interaction;
  • Triage urgent requests with precision and efficiency;
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth care coordination;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Completion of a Medical Office Assistant program from an accredited institution;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Office Assistant in primary healthcare;
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Teams;
  • A strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
