About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SRT Accounting Inc. as an Administrative Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business operations.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and establish office procedures and routines to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed to support business operations.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient document management.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Possess basic security clearance to ensure access to sensitive information.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with efficiency and accuracy to maintain productivity.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and operations.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
