About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at NAHEL JANITORIAL SERVICES. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Assist with the management of our office, including maintaining records, processing paperwork, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of projects, including planning, organizing, and executing events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Financial Management: Assist with the management of our office budget, including tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and performing other financial tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
