Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Vice Presidents. As an integral member of our team, you will coordinate various processes and interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinate vacation tracking and identify trends that may lead to conflicts within the department.
  • Provide coverage to the Executive Coordinator as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including administrative support to other members of the VPs' team.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to perform complex office administrative work requiring independent judgment.
  • Experience in managing multiple calendars, tracking projects, and preparing internal and external documents.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in supporting multiple leaders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ability to produce reports with visual additions.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or relevant environment.
