Highly Organized Executive Assistant

About the Role:
The Administrative Assistant plays a vital part in supporting the President's office and the Executive Leadership Team. As the central point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, including interactions with various time zones and administrative tasks.
- Organize events and meetings, travel logistics, and ensure timely arrangements are made.
- Screen and handle incoming communication, including calls, emails, and Teams requests.
- Work closely with the Administrative Team to provide traveler support 24/7.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and appointments.
- Clerical support, including expense reporting, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Manage accounts and invoices to streamline services.
- Assist with planning team events, such as holiday parties and All-Hands meetings.
- Ensure daily operations run efficiently by monitoring workflow and delegating tasks.
