Our client is a leading manufacturer of fully integrated washroom accessories, partitions, lockers, and visual display products across North America. With over 3000 staff globally and 25 locally, they are a family-owned business with a strong commitment to teamwork and work-life balance.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with experience in commercial architecture, design, construction industry, and selling to purchasing managers. They will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, key performance metrics, and achieving annual targets while working closely with the Sales Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their sales career to the next level with a growing company that values its employees and provides a comprehensive compensation package including a base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 plus commissions, making the estimated OTE in the first year $145,000 +. Additional benefits include health insurance, business-related/travel expenses, laptop, cell phone, and access to professional associations and conferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Manage existing accounts and establish new relationships with customers
  • Utilize Salesforce.com CRM to track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Participate in product training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and ASI Group VDP products
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, and follow-up communications
