Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our growth initiatives in the Quebec market. This role requires a strong understanding of the local beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and achieve sales targets in Quebec.
- Lead account management efforts for key accounts, retailers, distributors, and on-premise establishments.
- Work closely with our distributor(s) in Quebec to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Pursue new business opportunities to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, events, and partnerships that align with our brand ethos.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and key performance metrics to the sales leadership team.
- Oversee and manage the Quebec market's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement to ensure profitability for the region.
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
- 3-5 years of sales experience as a Territory Manager or Key Accounts Manager in the beverage or related industry, with a proven track record of success in the Quebec market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of the Quebec beverage market, including key players, market trends, and consumer preferences.
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
