Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and achieve sales targets in Quebec.
  2. Lead account management efforts for key accounts, retailers, distributors, and on-premise establishments.
  3. Work closely with our distributor(s) in Quebec to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  4. Pursue new business opportunities to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, events, and partnerships that align with our brand ethos.
  6. Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and key performance metrics to the sales leadership team.
  7. Oversee and manage the Quebec market's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement to ensure profitability for the region.
Requirements:
  1. Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
  2. 3-5 years of sales experience as a Territory Manager or Key Accounts Manager in the beverage or related industry, with a proven track record of success in the Quebec market.
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Deep understanding of the Quebec beverage market, including key players, market trends, and consumer preferences.
