We are seeking a results-driven Senior Director of Sales to lead our Outbound Retail POS Sales team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and operational excellence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, including overseeing the growth of other people managers.
  • Drive sales training and development programs to elevate the skills and capabilities of the broader sales team.
  • Lead Lightspeed's customer and revenue acquisition efforts and strategic focus in the region; ensure the region continually exceeds revenue and other key performance targets.
  • Perform regular reporting and analysis to support a data-driven sales strategy.

You will collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations team to align on goals and optimize sales processes. Additionally, you will manage different projects and initiatives, requiring strong leadership and organizational skills.

Requirements
  • The ideal candidate possesses excellent people leadership capability, with the ability to manage a diverse set of stakeholders with a hands-on and proactive approach.
  • Extensive experience growing and leading a large sales team, with specific focus on leading and growing the Outbound Sales motion.
  • Relevant work experience in an industry like retail, IT solutions, software sales, e-commerce, cloud applications, SaaS, POS, or technology.
  • Thorough experience in analyzing and reporting on metrics and data, and compiling reports.
  • Ability to shift easily between high-level strategic talks and basic operational tasks.
