At James Hardie Building Products Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with influential customers in targeted geographies and defending our business with them.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in an account management role, with a strong sales mentality and understanding of the sales process. You will also be able to convey construction expertise and knowledge at job sites, build effective relationships at all levels in an organization, and travel up to 15% out-of-market.

As a Regional Account Executive, you will work closely with our growth rep to target new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate on successful transitions. You will also support customers as they transition to James Hardie products by eliminating barriers to conversion and creating a positive customer experience through all aspects of the transition.

  • Maintain key influential identified customers in targeted geographies and defend our business with them.
