Account Executive – Foss National Leasing/LeasePlan (FNL/LP)
Foss National Leasing/LeasePlan (FNL/LP) is part of the Foss Automotive Group, established in 1962. We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our Sales team in our Laval office.

Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and engage with new businesses, leveraging best practices to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in fleet vehicle leasing and Fleet Management Services.
- Manage warm leads from initial discovery through to closing.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations to address potential client needs.
- Research and analyze your territory's sales potential to identify new opportunities.
- Build rapport and establish trusted advisor relationships with key account stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors.
- Maintain a robust pipeline focused primarily on medium-sized enterprises.
- Track and manage activities using CRM software.
- Lead prospects through the contract negotiation process and manage handoff to an account manager, including setup, activation, and training on our fleet management portal.
Requirements
- University degree (an asset).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales.
- Proven experience engaging C-suite executives and managing long sales cycles.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to customer service excellence, both for external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience in fleet sales (an asset).
