We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Timmins, Canada. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and ensure a positive experience with timely assistance and clear communication.
  • Manage incoming calls by directing them to the appropriate departments or taking messages as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars to minimize conflicts.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence, to ensure seamless office operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects positively on our company.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications used in an office setting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
