Office Administrator Assistant

In the heart of Timmins, Canada, beBee Professionals is seeking a diligent and professional Office Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. As an office administrator, you will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
Job Overview:- This role requires excellent communication skills to provide a positive experience for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education being an asset. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is also beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to relevant departments.
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced office environment.
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum
