We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our office operations in Timmins.
Compensation PackageThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, with an estimated annual compensation of $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
- Handle phone calls, greet visitors, and manage incoming communications.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, utilizing MS Office tools such as Outlook and Excel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
