Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dr. Yavari Medical Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Maintain accurate records, manage office supplies, and ensure the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless communication between staff members and external stakeholders.
  • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing recruitment materials.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
