Position Overview

As an Office Operations Specialist at Panesar Transport Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and refine new administrative protocols to improve workflow.
  • Set work priorities and guarantee adherence to established procedures and timelines.
  • Execute various administrative functions within the organization.
  • Organize and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Supervise and manage office administrative processes to ensure optimal performance.
