We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to spearhead our senior living communities' growth. This role combines on-site engagement and digital marketing expertise to drive occupancy and brand visibility.

This dynamic position requires an individual with experience in sales coaching, online marketing, particularly in the senior living or hospitality industry. You will split your time between hands-on community support and managing online marketing campaigns to enhance our brand presence.

About the Role
  • Support our retirement communities by spending three days a week on-site, coaching sales teams, ensuring occupancy targets and KPIs are met, and driving outreach efforts.
  • Dedicate two days a week to digital marketing, focusing on social media management, marketing automation, and CRM systems to generate leads and boost online presence.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales teams while driving online marketing strategies to elevate our communities' success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor sales targets, sales standards, and community outreach efforts.
  2. Analyze data from CRM systems to inform business decisions and refine strategies.
  3. Manage online inquiries, leads, and social media channels to foster interest and drive occupancy.
  4. Support the planning of marketing events and special promotions to meet occupancy goals.
  5. Ensure competitive analysis is completed and used to position our communities effectively in the market.
  6. Provide support for the planning and execution of community marketing campaigns and events.
  7. Coach sales teams on outreach and sales processes, ensuring effective follow-up, lead management, and community engagement, while monitoring and upholding sales standards across all communities.
