The role involves overseeing consulting teams, providing guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

The Services Director is responsible for the financial performance of the consulting firm, developing and managing budgets, monitoring project profitability, and making strategic financial decisions.

They will participate in meetings to educate on service delivery and service offerings and collaborate with the marketing team in promoting devised offerings to market and participate in presentations to demonstrate the value add to prospects.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise in respective consulting domains.

They will leverage their expertise to provide valuable insights to clients, guide consulting teams, and maintain the firm's competitive edge.

The minimum 3 years' experience as a senior manager in the consulting industry is required for this position.

The ideal candidate will inspire trust, provide clear direction, foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, and have strategic thinking abilities to develop and execute long-term plans for the consulting firm.

They will also be able to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
