About The Boathouse Restaurant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at The Boathouse Restaurant. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate special events and ensure seamless execution
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including those for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure timely and efficient service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
